I live in central Modesto and have served this community for over 13 years. I feel strongly about looking out for my client's best interest when selling their home and also taking the time to find my buyers their best property. I currently have two rescue dogs and one rescue cat. I love getting out and hiking in the mountains and belong to one hiking group and one urban walking club. By operating as a team, I have the back-up needed to make sure my client's needs are met.

I'm originally from Oregon. I moved to California in 1982. I spent the next 20+ years in business management and progressed from Accounting Manager to Multi-Plant General Manager while obtaining my business degree in Business Administration. When my husband health required more of my time, I left my corporate career and obtained my real estate license. We built a home in Mexico and I've sold real estate in Mexico and also in the United States. In 2009 my husband's health took a downturn and we relocated to Modesto. I've worked with my son since 2010. I've been a widow since 2016 and have continued in my real estate career.
